(1,343 posts)is falling better than freezing?
Maru Kitteh
(31,985 posts)Is less bad, as long as the freezing (or some other major issue) isnt causing the falling.
The freezing is always due to a brain problem, whether its seizure activity or something impeding circulation or a bleed. Falling can happen to anyone and becomes a more frequent occurrence as we age due to inevitable decline in muscle coordination and decreased proprioception, a normal part of aging.

(7,026 posts)I say this as a constituent and also as a person who would not like to see you die or get seriously hurt on the job. As much as I have opposed your many action as Senate majority leader, including not voting to remove Trump from the presidency, I am a liberal and can actually feel compassion for a fellow human being.

I hope that I have learned from them. . . .

(10,943 posts)... I'd retire and spend my money on family fun. Maybe his family doesn't like him? I don't know... I hope he gets a wheelchair and lives 20 more years. I want to him to see what decisions like the Supreme Court thefts do to the USA, and how we recover from his mistakes.

edit for those not old
Sing Along with Mitch was a music television show, led by choral director Mitch Miller, that ran from 1961 to 1964. Each episode consisted of Miller's male chorus singing old, familiar standards, along with famous songs from movies and Broadway shows. Certain episodes had a theme (holidays, vaudeville, romance, the circus, etc.) and the hour's musical selections would be staged according to the theme. The emphasis was on the men's voices, usually accompanied by only an accordion and a rhythm section.

It's one of those scary things as you get older.
If McConnell doesn't start using something like a rolling walker or even an electric chair, he's going to kill himself.
