The supposed "peace plan" for Gaza

has been rightly questioned but a particular aspect hasn't been given much coverage. If the plan proceeds along the outlines given so far then the UN itself will be sidelined in all practicality and usurped by this "commission" headed by Crumb The 1st and the repulsive Tony Blair. This is a power grab and you can be sure that it would extend further in the region over time.

The importance of the UN remaining in control is, despite historical obstacles, they are far more insulated from corruption and conflicts of interest than the proposed power grab will be. The vast majority of the UN member nations have for the most part tried to not cave to right wing Israeli government pressure and dominance about the Occupied Territories and the question of a Palestinian State. By sidelining the UN and basically placing the entire future of Gaza, likely to eventually be the West Bank also, impartiality and any push-back against right wing Israeli pressure will be more or less gone.

Sidelining the UN also gives the ability for Netanyahu and his cabal of terrorists to claim that the area is no longer subject to anything to do with the UN, ICJ and ICC. Regardless of whether that argument would stand legal muster it is the argument that will be made in order to claim that any charges of wrongdoing are now moot.

So basically the "plan" gets rid of the UN, allows being used for a way to claim an "out" for war crimes charges, solidifies right wing Israeli influence/dominance in any and all future matters etc. All while giving parties other than the Palestinians economic control, administrative control, vast economic benefits from development/reconstruction projects etc. The surrounding nations may get some benefits but nobody ever got into a deal with Crumb The 1st who didn't get screwed in the end. It's part of his brand.

In the end this is more of the same in a general sense for the Palestinians and what they want and what is viable for them will be pushed aside and barely even given lip service. As it was leading up to 1948, after and to the present day that will remain unchanged by the phony "plan". I haven't fallen for the idea that Netanyahu, Crumb The 1st, Kushner, Blair or the various neighbors are somehow working for the interests of the average Palestinian rather than their own. As it was before 1948 it remains. The supposed "peacemakers" aim to see to that.

trust factor is -0-.

200 US soldiers are already in Israel, but shithole wants to send more.

shithole also want to start bombing Valenzuela. Meanwhile shithole will meet with Putin in Hungary which is also run by a dictator and still is a member of NATO. I'm hoping that Pres Z stays away. I do not trust the 3, shithole, Putin, Orban.

On top of that, shithole want to send ICE and NG to more US cities.

you can be a war president and a peace

It's all just a matter of whim and optics.

6. He expects more than a peace prize. I'm betting that he made a deal with Netanyahu over Gaza

because they both want the same thing. Netanyahu wants Palestinians cleared out of Gaza completely. Trump wants to turn Gaza into a Middle East "Riviera" resort, which would require removing Palestinians. So Trump aids Netanyahu in Gaza in return for getting a resort deal out of it.

in the region. I had not had a grasp of that "set up".

These criminals and con men are so adept at what they do.

I have said from the beginning - this is not a peace deal...this is a land deal.
