He acts like he’s above the law, stating, “I’m Federal.” He also confronts one of the arresting officers, asking, “Are you Haitian?” And makes a big deal out of getting an answer because, "It does matter!"

I also find it revealing that he states he does not have ID with him, because he never carries ID when he goes and "...". It's left unstated what it is he's doing when he goes and does his thing for DHS/ICE. What he's doing is very likely terrorizing black and brown people with no regard for Constitutional rights or the law. These ICE guys are a bunch of Nazis and Proud Boys and former January 6 rioters.

They don't carry ID because they don't want any repercussions if they get caught doing things that are illegal while carrying out their mission to terrorize immigrants. You know this goon constantly wears a mask when he's out there being a Gestapo-type Federal Secret Agent. He doesn't want to be identified, that's why he never carries any form of identification when he's doing his terrorizing. It's probably policy for ICE now.

Arrested for DUI, reckless driving, two counts of child endangerment ..this was in August and the kids were handed over to a family member and Florida’s Children’s and Family Department notified.
