campaign against CA's attempt to fight back at the GOP is misguided. I'm sure that is something that he'll push.

9. Get Arnold's take, public commission is preferable to legislators redistricting. But as Maher said, that's in normal

times.

While you can't take all politics out of redistricting, the California Commission tries hard to limit it. Think the country would be better off under a system like that, but this ain't the time.
