Got any original source reporting to verify this story besides a clickbait video?

None your links provide any reliable reporting supporting that assertion.

The role of the former KGB has been taken over by the FSB, the Russian state security service.

And I mean no disrespect, Fiendish, the incidents of Russian rings and moles being rounded up check out in other mainstream sources, such as the article I provided.

I get that you see the video as "clickbait", and it is a bit sensationalized, but I don't see any inaccuracies in the description of events.

Does it mean Russia's spy networks have collapsed?

Probably not completely (that's the clickbait part), but since Trump threw the EU under the bus, it looks like the gloves have come off.

The EU possibly is acting in a fashion no longer constrained by having to tiptoe due to Trump's cozy relationship with Putin. My impression is that they realize they are now on their own in an existential struggle for survival, can no longer trust the U.S., and are banding together hoping to outlast the Trump regime.
