Santos is the tenth GOP congressman that Trump has given clemency or pardoned.

If you say nice things about Trump, you get out of jail. What a country.

Still goes to show he's got no problems with governing on a pay to play basis, no matter what the Law or Constitution says.

Santos' sentence was commuted. He was not pardoned.

He's still a felon.
