Possibly twice the size of the last rally. I was shocked at how many cars were in the parking lot. It's going to be interesting to find out the crowd estimate.
LOTS of enthusiasm and support from the passing cars. My ears are still ringing from the horn honks. The rally took place along a long stretch of strip malls/shops and the almost empty Genesee Valley Center - still has a JC Penny, Planet Fitness and a few other small shop. There's a massive parking lot which had more cars that has been seen since Christmas season, about 20 years ago.
There was one 'trumpmobile' that kept circling, blaring their horn, which made zero sense to me. It was plastered with signs, including one that was a a 'RIP Charlie Crist' declaration. It must have circled us at least 15 times.
My brother brought a big Ukranian Flag, which got a whole lot of positive attention.
I lasted almost 2 hours before my energy was pretty much drained. Next time I'll bring a chair. e
I will report back with the crowd size.
BTW, there were big 'Welsh Independence' rallies taking place in Wales, today.

(372 posts)Big diesel pickup with 4 or 5 trump and maga flags. Drove by us about 10 times. Asshole had a loud air horn and was all to happy to blow it, until a county or city cop parked their car in the median.

(27,871 posts)Lots of ridiculous signs plastered all over the windows. Even a Charlie Kirk tribute. They all looked really young and, well, unhealthy. Picture the stereotypic MAGAt. They kept blasting their horn, which made it wound like they were our supporters.
