entire story
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WIS/WMBF) - A woman was arrested after reportedly brandishing a gun during a “No Kings” rally in South Carolina.

WMBF reports police arrested 59-year-old Mary Moriarty on Saturday during the protest in Myrtle Beach.

Moriarty, from nearby Surfside Beach, allegedly drove by the demonstration when she brandished the firearm. She’s charged with pointing and presenting a firearm.

Since she was arrested on a Saturday, can she be bonded out on Monday?

in a crime, if she has other weapons at home, then, no, until she's convicted of a felony, convicted of domestic violence misdemeanor or felony or deemed by a court to be mentally unfit, those weapons will stay in her home.
Of course a judge could say she's a danger to the community and order the weapons to be temporarily seized until the resolution of the charges but I don't believe that happens very often.
