General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsLet this sink in. I went to an event yesterday, one person was talking about taking food to people afraid to leave
their homes. People that are now not going to work, not going to the grocery store because they are afraid of being snatched.
Let that sink in America. There are people in hiding. Neighbors are bringing them food so they don't starve to death.
Hmm, where have I heard that before????? No wonder they want to ban woke history.
I won't be surprised if people get pulled over for having too much tupperware and questioned about why they have so much food in their car.

Pregnant women were fined, and given forced abortions.

(2,172 posts)She found the quote by Anne with a (I think it's AI generated) picture of a child being pulled from his home/family. Downloaded it and had it blown up to 24x36. I helped her mount it on foam board and attach to a stick. We took turns holding it at our local (Lakewood CA) protest yesterday. It had many complements and photos taken. There's one on FB, but I don't know how to get it posted here. I tried using the link thing but no luck. But it was pretty appropriate I think.

(6,761 posts)may finally be working! Just heard from a friend that folks in a nearby luxurious golfing community in Naples are griping their clubhouse restaurant won't open now for "Season" because the workers are having visa problems and aren't available to work. Oh dear, they'll have to cook dinner themselves!!!

(1,118 posts)They took a grocery store employee two blocks away, and others from their homes, and business parking lots.
On a community Facebook page, people were warned to stay inside. Others were offering to pick children up from school, and to pick up grocery orders. Many businesses closed to avoid problems. It was disturbing,
I am 79 years old and my spouse is 74, but we were at the protests on Saturday. I don't know what else to do.
