I've never seen them come out in force on the local FB and NextDoor like they are now. Just agitated beyond belief!

Main complaints from the knuckle-draggers:

1) if Rump was a king, you couldn't have the protest, so there!
2) No Kings day is July 4th dummies
3) everybody the turned out is old, from a nursing home or dementia ward
4) what policies are they even protesting?
5) I've lived around here all my life and I didn't recognize anyone so they are all out-of-towners

I don't usually do NextDoor... I mainly have it for when my huge dog, the escape artist, runs away from home. BUT everything I've seen over the last few days has been favorable to the No Kings protests, and especially to the one in Platte City, MO and the one I attended in KcK. There are also a lot of people who don't give a crap about what anybody says or writes, and they're just flat out calling trump out as a traitor, a dictator, a pedophile, and add your imagination. I've been proud to see it, because I KNOW we're surrounded my republicans AND hard core magats around here. My neighbor across the street finally took down his Trump Flag, but he still has the thin blue line flag up... and I'm still not talking to him. I just don't trust myself.

23. Our protest had ALL ages, lotsa University students came AND had some clever signs too.

Loved a middle age man who was kinda behind but next to me who was there with his wife and the couple met another couple. Loved him, he’d just yell stuff about posters, or he say “thanks for coming out” to the younger ones. He was a Marine. I loved him yelling that about thanks for coming.....he must have said that at least 20—--25 times and mostly to the students. It was a great crowd, and was huge compared to the June one, huge. I use felt so proud to be a part of it.
