Could be an inside job. Could be a number of things. It’s not like you’re going to fence that stuff off very easily. You have to wonder who did it and why? Hired by a Saudi Prince? Sending a message?

It’s interesting to say the least.

I thought I read it was a 4 minute job.
That seems like it would require a lot of inside knowledge.
And, knowledge that nobody would hear them using power tools at exactly that time.
