Christopher Moynihan, a 34-year-old from Clinton, New York, was arrested for threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. He was charged with making a terroristic threat after allegedly sending text messages indicating his intention to eliminate Jeffries during an upcoming speech in New York City. Moynihan was pardoned by President Trump for his actions during the January 6 Capitol riot but was later arrested for this new threat.
