"A cache of more than 100,000 emails belonging to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak was hacked in 2024 by a group with suspected ties to Iranian intelligence and subsequently leaked to the public. The emails, which cover a period from 2007 to 2016, were made public by the nonprofit leak archiving organization DDoSecrets in August and September 2025.

I do not know the date of the FB Reels video but it seems to be fairly recent, the comments are in the last few weeks.

I initially assumed Tony Blair, but... I'd not have difficulty imagining that Ehud Barak might fit that unfortunate account. Hard to know what these men are like behind closed doors, but...

2. My money was on David Cameron.

He sure quit for no specified reason out of the blue 9 years ago, before his term was up, and has been keeping a low profile ever since. John Key in New Zealand did the same thing also in 2016.

I hate to be paranoid but I do honestly believe that blackmail sits behind a lot of the otherwise inexplicable behaviour we've been seeing from public figures for the past fifteen years or so and it's getting worse the faster that digital privacy becomes a thing of the past.

Within a few hours of fucking Leave winning, Cameron announced that he would resign the office of prime minister by the start of the Conservative Party Conference in October 2016.

I (as a UK/US/Swedish citizen who grew up in London) will NEVER forgive that pig fucker (literally) Cameron for that fucking Brexit referendum. Absolutely diabolical.

That doesn’t foreclose the possibility of other high governmental officials. An article in the Guardian listed a litany of MPs, and obviously Prince Andrew is a famous rapist. But if you choose to believe the victim’s word, Barak is implicated.
