They already gerrymandered a 10-4 edge in 2024 by replacing a fairer map that split 7-7 in 2022.

Their new 2026 gerrymander increases Trumpâs margin to 12 points by removing even more Black voters, making it likely that a white Republican will defeat Davis

They could not beat him in the last election.
In the last election, airwaves were inundated with ads for a MAGA candidate endorsed by Trump.
This could impact Don Davis.
