That's what he told us he's building, but every word out of trumps mouth is a lie. Remember back in 2017 when he first occupied the White House? He complained the private living quarters on the top floor was a dump, and that it needed to be remodeled. I suspect instead of a ballroom, he is building new private living quarters that he thinks he'll occupy long after 2029. I may be wrong...time will tell.
