He said that the ballroom would be paid by private donations. What if the money is not coming in like he wants it to? What a pathetic better idea? Sue the American people!

Cost to build the ballroom is $250 million and he is suing for $230 million! I see a scammer scamming or extortion!

5. The East Wing of the White House is more than just a public building

Chump has torn it all down, all 4 stories of it. The East Wing (I believe) is where the First Family's private bedrooms are, as well as various guest rooms for overnight visitors, etc. Perhaps other rooms are reserved for a few employees who provide security and essential services? I'm not sure about that.

But this is obviously WAY MORE than constructing an add-on ballroom. He's redoing half of the house. Once it's done, he'll probably tear down the other half of the White House and replace that too. Uncle Sam needs to hand Chump an invoice for $1 BILLION in damages.
