Do you think ICE could 'detain' you, even though you're US-born and have lived here your entire life?

For what reason?

I posted many Fascistbök comments that were quite clear that I despise The Felon with every fiber of my being and wish he'd be "unalived" before 2028, sometimes adding "by any means necessary." Many times, when someone mentioned suffering his criminal adminstration until Jan. 20, 2029, I'd comment, "He won't last that long" -- a reference to his physical maladies and apparent carelessness about them.

No threats, just desires and predictions, but the right wing could certainly interpret them as threats.

Also, I have hair past my shoulders.

So, I've thought about being visited by the Secret Service or FBI, but ICE is a much more predatory animal.

What about you? What rationale do you think they could use to piss all over your constitutional rights?

You might just be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The FBI or Secret Service would need a reason. ICE doesn't.

3. I don't think they believe they have to HAVE a REASON--they just disappear you, just as they have

with many of these detainees. We know citizens have been picked up and detained for days or weeks, so why would anyone think that any one of us could not be detained/made to disappear? Why?

Because he's a paranoid SOB who will take any pretense of not being MAGA to declare you or me his enemy. Certainly, Stephen Miller would. And being female (or if one is black, brown, or other ethnic minority), we are already "suspect." Miller's group is full of racists, antisemites (yes, you don't have to tell me Miller is technically Jewish), horrific misogynists, and INCELS.
