Include 1 or 2 restaurants, a theater, a large open atrium, as well as the important educational aspects listed above.
Either way, it must absolutely include everything yourout described.

(27,288 posts)Seeing this is even more aggravating; having in '94 visited the WH in the summer. Tourists enter the East Wing, and go through the hallway where you look out onto the (then) Rose Garden.
It was all green, and the roses, other flowers were blooming. It was so pretty!
