I read that the projected completion of that vanity ballroom is 2029.

....just in time for the transition to a new administration.

Don't even think that he will be staying. That ain't happening.

3. The "Epstein Ballroom" will be built much faster without the need for oversite, inspection, permits, approval, etc.

And because none of the contractors will ever be paid-in-full for the unauthorized work, funding should be a breeze, too.

And it will collapse in on itself due to day-labor (or worse, prison.labor) craftsmanship, building shortcuts, lack of inspections for code compliance, and the cheapest building materials possible with a lot of spray enamel, patch kits, and bondo.
