My understanding is that because of Garland’s refusal to act on trump’s lawsuit against the DOJ we taxpayers will now be giving 230 million dollars to trump since his DOJ certainly won’t fight against him.
President Biden will be proven to be a great president, but his decision to stay with Garland will be one of his greatest mistakes.

He made a claim for the money which is decided by DOJ (manned by his own personal lawyers). There are no courts involved.
