They actually tell themselves and others that they're doing "God's Work"

and therefore, whatever they do... lie, steal, murder, any sin big or small... is therefore forgiven. They can do no wrong, as long as they do it in God's name. Personally, I wouldn't want anything to do with a God that condones such thinking and action!
