ICE agent threatens to arrest a photographer for walking behind him in a Sam's Club parking lot.
It's easy to believe most applicants to ICE can't even pass an open book test when you see the successful ones like this chad threatening to arrest a photographer simply for walking behind him in a goddamn Sam's Club parking lot.
