Just spoke with a good friend in the North east - Portland and they have all utilities as well.
Pockets of all parishes have lost power, water and tech.
Mostly trees falling on utility poles

I hate to say this, but it's true. If Jamaica wants help from the US, they need to start groveling now. Have their leader go on TV and praise Trump vociferously and then announce a donation to the Trump organization of X $million to show good faith.

I fear Trump is going to deny them any basic aid unless they make him feel like it's all about him.
