Their plans do not rely upon favorable public opinion. In fact, they are acting to ensure public opinion never affects the holding of power again.

GQP interest is money honey and power and fuck everybody else. Wherein the GQP congresscritters in the house are not even in session and don't care, but do care about the Epstein file, so Mike Johnson refuse to swear duly voted AZ Adelita Grijalva.

GQP love them some rick folks, and fuck everyone else, and will let children, seniors, veterans, military, etc. starve.

GQP will allow health insurance to become affordable, and get this, outstanding medical debt will be added to the credit report.

Americans can't pay house notes, rent, car insurance, et al.,

Americans are losing their jobs.

GQP are going after their opponents with filmsy evidence.

We the People are living a nightmare and have to daily hear shithole and the GQP and corporate media don't give a shit.

Once again I will intimate on this site that I think Epstein is the distraction, not the other way around. I think they aren't worried a lick about "releasing the Epstein files", because whatever they would release, if ordered, is already purged and redacted. The is no universe in which the public gets the "full Epstein files" with Trump, Bondi, and Patel in charge of their release, and the slimy scotus six to back whatever they decide to do in response to a congressional order to release it.

Ergo, I think the real goal is something far more nefarious.

To whit: they want to see how long they can get away with simply refusing to seat new Democratic members of Congress, even though they've been duly elected. They want to observe the fallout, public opinion, what the courts say and do. Trump wants Johnson to see how long he can get away with just refusing to act. The hoped-for goal would be they discover there's no practical thing that stops them from refuse to seat any new Democrats come next November.

Similar to what McConnell did to Obama over the SCOTUS choice, and we all see the fallout of what was accomplished by that.

I'm wondering about their methodology.
All three lines dip to 0 or less in the first 9 months.
No matter the party, people turn negative en masse for every president? Seems odd.
Oh, and where is 2017?
I can see disillusionment now given all the empty, impossible promises too many gullible voters bought.
But, what did Obama & Biden promise that they didn't deliver that would cause similar precipitous approval losses?
I just find the overall results odd & they don't make sense to me.
