The Post is reporting that more troops are being prepared to send to cities.

"Civil unrest" aka not being a supporter of donnie.

The total size of the force will be 23,500 troops across all 50 states and three territories, excluding the District of Columbia, the documents say. Most states will supply 500 personnel for the reaction force, with the rest falling between 250 and 450. Those forces are typically used for emergencies like disaster relief, not on call troops for civil unrest.

Crispus Attucks was the first to in the Revolution at the hands of Crazy Man's Army.

It's only a matter of time before these Autocrat's soldiers face the 2nd Amendment.

Also - I'm the 92%. Burn it down so we can rebuild.

Who is controlled?

Not the frogs in Portland.

Not the millions in the streets on No Kings day.

I see very little actual control.

I see that as being terrorized.

They only sustain control if, after being terrorized, we submit .

So, yes, using terror, intimidation and physical violence, they can control small numbers of people for generally short periods of time.

But they will never control the entire nation, unless we let them.

12. He doesn't have enough troops to control the entire country

10,000 troops couldn’t shut down LA.

His dick simply isn’t big enough.

If he invokes the insurrection act to circumvent posse Comitatus, his approval numbers will drop into the teens.

In an election year.

Keep dreaming. A good portion of the country wants it.

15. Got any data to support that assertion?

Trump is underwater in specific polling on every issue, including crime, deployment of troops in cities, immigration, inflation, etc.

There is no data showing “a good portion” want the country to be under martial law.

About 15% max - the MAGA cult die hards, would support martial law - in somebody else’s city.

There is another possibility; there is a law that prohibits sending in the military during the election but if the military is already there they won't be sending them in.

Sounds good enough for John Roberts to agree.

We're hitting some pretty serious precedents and blowing over them as though they're nothing. Seems damned naive to bury our heads in the sand and pretend his actions and behavior are little more than some treatable and temporary distemper.
