There are much bigger issues to worry about, for sure, but something about this demolition has really wrecked me. It's a metaphor for what he has done to every thing that is bright and good, especially the sheer ENTITLEMENT with which he does it to things that are so decidedly not HIS to destroy.

I subscribed to House Beautiful when I was a little girl and am glad to see them highlighting this history.
