I have friends whose kids are in their late 20’s and 30’s still living with them. A friend got divorced, makes 100,000 a yr and she is looking at 900 sq ft houses for $350 - $400 thousand. If she can’t find a house at a price she can afford, younger kids making way less money will never have a house.
