Can the Senate force the House to convene?

Was just reading my handy dandy printout of the US Constitution and found this in Article 1, Section 5, clause 4:

Neither house, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, not to any other place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.


Not that repubs GAF about that silly piece of parchment, but another point of leverage?

Hell, I'd just pay to see that, whether they reconvened or not.

But there must be a way to force the seating of Adelita Grijalva, and then to force the vote on the discharge petition.

By meeting twice a week in a proforma session the House is meeting its Constitutional obligation
