Little Free Libraries converting to food pantries:

Ahead of the 1st shutdown of US food aid to hungry Americans in 60 years, some of the 200,000 Little Free Library locations are converting into food pantries. Thanks @littlefreelibrary.bsky.social

yuck. My dad loved spam. Back in the 1950's he would slice and fry spam with his morning eggs.

I think it was put up by the borough. I leave children’s books from time to time. I wonder if they’d mind if I left canned soup.

clear it out and it appeared that the stuff was then being sold at street corners at an adjacent city. The shed is now only open when there are volunteers to monitor it.
