I broke it down here yesterday:
FWIW, a lot of the calculations for how redistricting will affect 2026 did bank on the GOP going more aggressive in Ohio — this arguably could be inputted as a redistricting +1 for the GOP, but Kaptur was very vulnerable to start with.
