Letter to the editor October 31, 2025
The Hunger Games was meant to be a work of fiction, not policy for Republicans in office, both in Washington and here at home in Arkansas; but here it is.
Republican Senator, Joni Ernst, said we all die, and now the American public has three new choices; starve to death, freeze to death or die from lack of medical care. It seems that it doesn’t matter to Republicans, just die and don’t bother us anymore.
The ultra wealthy have embraced IA and robots. We are all now useless eaters and there is no need for us, the infants, the feeble and the old.
