Swear in Rep.-elect Grijalva, vote on restoring SNAP, ACA subsidies, etc., and release the Epstein files.

It's no more lawless than the current regime.

the constitution only requires that the new comgresswoman takes the oath of office, not who administers it. anyone who is legally empowered to administer oaths could do it, a notary public for instance
