Many full-time Walmart employees often need SNAP assistance.

SNAP allows Walmart to pay below a living wage, forcing its employees to apply for SNAP. The money saved by not paying a fair wage goes directly to Walmart's bottom line.

Our tax dollars pay for SNAP. Therefore, our tax dollars are Walmart’s profits.

Walmart is the real taker—the corporate welfare recipient.

And, of course, they are not the only ones. Corporate welfare, subsidized by our tax dollars, is rampant.

The solution: Raise the minimum wage to a living wage. It will improve workers' lives and may reduce our taxes.
