forme phillipine president duarte is currenly sitting in a jail cell in the hague for extra judicial killings of suspected drug dealers. I know the s doesnt formely recognize the ICC but i can easily see him and rubio ending up in the same place after trump. I dont think a future democratic administration will say anything against it and i envison them being arrested if they ever travel outside the US after trump.
