He leans forward because 1) he wears lifts he can’t cope with and 2) he’s got frontotemporal dementia, and that’s a specific posture denoting that Dx. I did acute care transcription for over 15 years and I’m pretty confident it’s one of his major issues. Add in the CHF and probable Alzheimer’s (a family tradition), and he’s pretty much toast. The only question is why he doesn’t get the hell on with it and drop dead so we can all move on.
