I’ve run marathons but I’m not a 8 minute mile guy. I guess I was in my early 20’s when I had to do 2 miles in just over 16 minutes to pass in basic training.

And you can see my exercise videos in the Fitness forum. I could probably join ICE, but why would I lower my standards?
