10. I go through that airport once a year

It is manned by locals who are usually competent and civil. You have to really fly off the rails to get one of them upset. It's Charleston, South Carolina, fer Pete's sake, not La Guardia!! It's just not a high-pressure environment. Middle-aged female airport employees still call you "honey" and "dear," and no one blinks an eye. You have to be pretty high-strung to have a problem with the people who work at that airport.
