A Comment & A Question: DJT Started Throwing Around The Label "Communist" In The CBS Interview.....

I was always wondering when he would come to be using that label. It's going to be interesting as to how soon the other elected Repugs will follow his lead. (That's my comment.)

My question is that he pulled out of his suit pocket a list of wars he has said he ended. They flashed it quickly and i didn't get to view what was on that list. Did anybody catch that or is that list available for someone to post here? Also - what's the reality of his claim? Did he concoct this list or is there any basis for his claims?

Given what is taught in school (or not, increasingly), what percentage of:
Gen Z and Gen Alpha?
Millenials?
Gen X?

Honestly, I don't know how effective this labeling could possibly be...

3. My Father and a Co-Worker both told me Kamala Harris was a Communist

during the election. neither could explain how she was a Communist. they heard it on hate radio or Fox.

I know that it was RW media blaming her for her estranged father's academic expertise in Marxist theory. they didn't.

the Right uses "Communist" reflexively; it's completely untethered from any facts.

6. Most people have no clue, it's an economic system!

It is not the same thing as how the government of a country will be structured and run. The same with Capitalistism,Socialism, and Facism.

I don't think I learned that until my Senior Year in high-school where I took Economics as an elective to fulfill my History credits. I was in the NY Regents program so I don't think the non Regents students were probably ever taught the difference.

7. Oldest smear in the book.

Probably started about a century ago after the Bolsheviks overthrew the (Trump-like, self-serving) Tsar, Maoists won the Chinese Civil War, and the communist parties of both took control of the means of production and almost everything else. Wasn't the Vietnam War about stopping the further spread of evil communism?

Today's rabid GQP control freaks probably have a list of smear words they hand out without actually knowing what they all mean.
