The Dems held the line, and the state AGs sued on the refusal to tap the contingency funds, and they had no legal leg to stand on, apparently, since any hint of a justification at all would be enough for the Corrupt Six to side with Trump.

They will try again with the Hawley Bill plan at the beginning of December.
