If he does not, we the taxpayers need to call for a refund. Not just their salary, their health benefits need to be repaid to the US taxpayers as well along with their spending accounts, airfare, food etc. I would like to limit this to every republican since it is their speaker, third in line for the presidency that is making the decisions.
