In the attempt to display how patriotic one is, some people wrap themselves up in the flag, others use the Bible. In the great Cheney legacy rehabilitation tour we’re all going to endure, the gyrations and pretzel twisting that will occur to make Cheney out as a great patriotic will be exhausting. In the end, it was neither the flag nor the Bible, but dollar bills he wrapped himself in, and tens of thousands of American service members and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians paid and continue to pay the price.

He didn’t like Trump? So what, millions of us loathe him too. The difference is we don’t hate him because he threatens our way of doing business and politics.
