2 year old Syrian/Kurdish boy Alan Kurdi who died tried to escape ISIS violence and
ISIS was the result of Cheney’s war on the people of Iraq so he could become a billionaire
through stolen oil and KBR/Halliburton’s cost plus no bid contracts. And that sweetheart
deal of those no bid contracts of outsourcing jobs the military used to do was the result
of Dick Cheney’s work as Sec. of Defense under H.W. Bush.

The cartoon refers to the image of Oscar Alberto Martínez and his 23-month-old daughter, Angie Valeria, lying face down in water surrounded by reeds. The two drowned while attempting to cross the Rio Grande River to get into the United States.
