An award concocted by the Fox Propaganda Network. Who is the nobody not expecting it? She doesn't even perform routine activities that all actual First Ladies do, much less anything patriotic. Likely, it fits under "Miscellaneous Perks" in one of her pre-nups.

... she has worked tirelessly for patriotism. She's bee at every event, speaking eloquently about American history, waving the US flag in hundreds of events, over the past year. Where does she find the time? Where does she get her endless energy? How could anyone else have been considered for this award - but our tremendous Third Lady!
