It will take removing this regime from power. That will take more than nominal control of one of the three branches of government. We will need 2, and probably all three to even start to effect any changes. And even if we somehow gain all three branches, This kind of crime will continue still, unless we are united in using that government to expose all the ugliness and crime.

Without both steps, it will not suffice. If Democrats somehow regain power and "let bygones be bygones" this will continue in one form or another.
