Morning Joe Really is Awful

Of all the mornings, Morning Joe had the audacity to have Piers Morgan on, who is trying to get people to buy his shitty book, to slam the Democratic Party as "woke" and to stir up hate against trans people and attack DEI.

The entire interview was vile and intellectually disingenuous and wholly removed from the events of last night and what last night actually means for the state of our country and the mid-term elections.

anti-woke idiocy. Morgan may be well behind the curve, among other things. Been awhile since woke was the big topic. Not now. We got ICE raids, deportations, and murder on the high seas to deal with for starters.

On the other hand Anand Giridharadas was worth hearing.

Anyone who takes issue with being a responsible and decent human being, which is all that being "woke" calls on people to do, is someone I don't even want to shake hands with before I've had the shots. Actually, probably not even then.
