15. God, I wish I had his analytical brain. And he's quick, polite, & firm at correcting facts, i.e.: Barrett said

that "he conceded" a certain argument, Katyal quickly and politely said no, he did not concede that fact, and then he went on to state the facts. Impressive in my opinion.

The oral arguments start at 1:58. They were expected to take just over an hour, and went for well over two hours.

Jam packed with legal wonkiness. And not at all boring.

The only caveat I have - John Sauer's voice and verbal demeanor are off putting.
