Top Three Takeaways from the Article:
Moms for Liberty candidates lost all 31 contested races nationwide in the November 2025 elections, marking a complete national shutout.
Voters across party lines rejected the groups divisive culture war politics, favoring candidates focused on education quality over ideology.
The results signal a turning point in public education politics, suggesting that the parental rights movements influence is rapidly waning.
Once hailed as a powerful grassroots force for parental rights in education, Moms for Liberty had become synonymous with book bans, anti-LBGTQ+ activism, and public school censorship campaigns. The groups endorsements once carried weight in local school board elections, particularly in conservative regions where debates over critical race theory and gender identity had dominated public discourse. But this weeks results signal a dramatic reversal.
A Movement in Decline
Political analysts say the 2025 elections confirmed what polling data had hinted at for months: voters across party lines are increasingly rejecting the divisive tactics that defined Moms for Libertys national strategy. Once supported by GOP donors and conservative PACs, the groups candidates were swamped by moderate and progressive opponents who ran on messages of inclusion, academic freedom, and depoliticizing classrooms.

One thing I learned in my first years at DU was about the theocratic movement in America, and their pet billionaire who was funding the homeschooling movement. I think his name was Rushdoony, and hed been at it for 30 or 40 years by then.
Whats that old saying? Something about how eternal vigilance is the price we pay for liberty yeah, that one.

They can rebrand all they want, but they always give themselves away and I'm sensing a titanic shift in the country which is going against the repigs, MAGAt's and the Nazis, which are one and the same.
