I can almost guarantee that he is going to "prison".
Let me explain, he may never spend a day behind bars.
But his demonstrated behavior, especially when the cameras are not on him, as shown in the picture above and additional photos of him sleeping or comatose in his chair. PROVES without a doubt that the doctors and experts are right.
He has dementia, and to date, there IS no cure, so it's only going to get worse.
So he is going into a prison with no escape. His own dementia mind. Where he won't even know his own family, and his stolen riches have no value. IT IS AN END-OF-LIFE SENTENCE.

(51,905 posts)where he's claiming that if they vote against him, it's a violation of the separation of power. LOL! The Supreme Court planted that idea into his head. Now they have to deal with it.

(1,207 posts)1 - this can go on for a long, long time
2 - a lot of people are strongly invested in him and keeping him "going" in some capacity.

(2,325 posts)I enjoy the post for entertainment but I don't in anyway want to give him a freebie. I do agree dementia would be a form of prison but more than anything else I want him fully conscious of his slow and painful decline. It might have to suffice in lieu of actual prison. Part of that suffering might come at the hands of Republicans running for the exits hoping to save what's left of their political lives.

(9,304 posts)They all involve forgetfulness but in different ways. Alzheimer's is the one which is notorious for causing the patient to forget family members and other nearest and dearest. But there are other forms. Those of us over 70 are probably familiar with the jest "I spend a lot of time thinking about the hereafter. Several times a day I walk into a room and ask myself, 'Now, what am a here after?'" Not that doesn't also happen to younger people. I'm not a doctor and can't diagnose the Apricot Antichrist, and if I were, I couldn't do it from afar, nor from a simple cognitive test. But we can't be certain it's Alzheimer's on the ground that he is hostile - he has always been hostile.
