We have the Johnson Space Center based in Houston, and we could not barbecue up a slab of ribs before China figured out how to barbecue wings in space.

Texas needs to hang its head in shame. The only chance we have to redeem ourselves is to cook a batch of chili from scratch in space before anyone else can.
