8. Following the recent practice of SCOTUS,

… I sort of expect them to send this back to a lower court for a full hearing, and issue an injunction blocking the court order that SNAP benefits be funded. The six justice majority doesn’t give a shit whether people will be harmed in the meantime. The Unitary executive fantasy takes priority with them.
